3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

We process personal data in particular for the following purposes:

• Operation, security, and optimization of our website

• Handling contact inquiries

• Conducting recruiting and placement processes

• Communication with candidates and companies

• Sending newsletters and information

• Marketing and advertising measures

• Analysis of user behavior to improve our services

4. No Candidate Portal

Tailored Recruitment does not operate a public or self-managed candidate portal.
There are no user accounts, logins, or publicly visible candidate profiles.

Personal data of candidates is processed exclusively internally and only within the scope of specific recruiting and placement processes. Data is shared with potential clients solely on a case-by-case basis and in direct connection with a specific vacancy.

5. Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights in particular:

• Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)

• Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

• Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

6. Objection to Direct Marketing

If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may object to such processing at any time without providing reasons. The objection can be made informally and free of charge.

7. Use of Service Providers

To provide our services, we engage carefully selected external service providers. These process personal data either on our behalf or as independent controllers.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and any additional voluntary information to send you regular updates about Tailored Recruitment.

The newsletter is sent via external service providers. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by email.

11. CRM and Telephone System

To manage contacts, communication histories, and client relationships, we use a CRM and telephone system.

The following data may be processed in particular:

• Name and contact details

• Communication content (phone, email)

• Internal notes related to the recruiting process

Processing is carried out for organizing our business processes and for contract fulfillment or on the basis of legitimate interests.

12. Data Processing Exclusively within the EU

Personal data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Union.
No transfer to third countries outside the EU or EEA takes place.

13. Retention Period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymized.

14. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation, and unauthorized access. Data transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).

15. Web Hosting (Hetzner)

Tailored Recruitment GmbH is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.

Hetzner processes personal data in connection with providing and delivering the website to ensure secure and efficient operation.

In particular, IP addresses, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, and referrer URL may be processed.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Hetzner in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

16. Google reCAPTCHA (Spam Protection)

To protect our website against spam and abusive automated use, we use Google reCAPTCHA. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

reCAPTCHA analyzes user behavior to determine whether input is made by a human or an automated program. This may involve processing IP addresses, mouse movements, keystrokes, time spent on the site, and other technical information.

Use of reCAPTCHA is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting our website against misuse and spam).

Transfer of Data to Third Countries
When using Google services, personal data may be transferred to the United States. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
