4. No Candidate Portal
Tailored Recruitment operates no public or self-managed candidate portal.
There are no user accounts, logins, or publicly visible candidate profiles.
Personal data of candidates is processed exclusively internally and only within the framework of specific recruiting and placement processes. Disclosure to potential clients takes place only on a case-by-case basis and in direct connection with a specific vacancy.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and, where applicable, additional voluntary information in order to send you regular updates about Tailored Recruitment.
The newsletter is sent via external service providers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by email.
11. CRM and Telephone System
We use a CRM and telephone system to manage contacts, communication history, and customer relationships.
The following data may in particular be processed:

Communication content (telephone, email)
Internal notes regarding the recruiting process
Processing is carried out for the organization of our business processes and for the performance of contracts or on the basis of legitimate interests.
12. Data Processing Exclusively Within the EU
Personal data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Union.
No data is transferred to third countries outside the EU or the EEA.
13. Storage Duration
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
Afterward, it is deleted or anonymized.
14. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation, and unauthorized access.
Data transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).
15. Web Hosting (Hetzner)
Tailored Recruitment GmbH is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.
Hetzner processes personal data within the scope of providing and delivering the website to ensure its secure and efficient operation.
In particular, IP addresses, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system, and referrer URL may be processed.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable website operation).
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Hetzner pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
16. Google reCAPTCHA (Spam Protection)
To protect our website from spam and abusive automated use, we use Google reCAPTCHA.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of website visitors to determine whether input is made by a human or by an automated program. In this process, IP addresses, mouse movements, keystrokes, time spent on the site, and other technical information may be transmitted to Google.
The use of reCAPTCHA is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting our website against abuse and spam).

Transfer of Data to Third Countries
